What shipping costs, and how long it takes.
Rates

The rate is worked out on your order total before tax, and you see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Packing: 1 to 2 business days.
- United States: 5 to 10 business days once it ships.
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days.
- Everywhere else: 10 to 21 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not weekends or public holidays. An order placed on Friday evening starts packing on Monday.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating, which is normal.
Customs and import fees
Outside the US, your country may charge import duty or tax. That is set by your government, is not included in the $9.99, and is paid to the carrier or post office.
If something goes wrong
- Wrong address: message us within 12 hours and we will fix it if the order has not shipped. If a parcel comes back to us, we resend it once you cover the return postage.
- Late: give it until the end of the window above, then message us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
- Damaged: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the box. We replace it or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.
- Lost: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, message us and we send a replacement or refund you in full.
