These are the terms for using this store and buying from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who can order
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. This product is not for children, and you must not buy it for one.
The product is not a medical device
This pad is a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it replaces talking to a doctor.
You are responsible for reading the Safety page and for checking with a healthcare professional if any of the cautions there apply to you.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Using it safely is your responsibility
We give you clear instructions and clear cautions. Using the pad against those instructions — on broken skin, while asleep, with the wrong power supply, on someone who cannot feel heat — is on you, and it voids the warranty.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order.
We try hard to keep the store accurate. If a price or a detail is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a mistake. We will tell you if we do.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. Your order is not confirmed until the payment clears.
Orders we may refuse
We can refuse or cancel any order. The usual reasons are suspected fraud, a delivery address we cannot ship to, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Shipping, returns and warranty

Our content
The text, photographs, graphics and code on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own store. You are welcome to share a link.
Some product imagery on this site is digitally created from photographs of the actual product. It shows the real pad's material, shape and finish. Fine detail such as the exact number of light beads may differ from your unit.
Your content
If you send us a review, a photo or a suggestion, you are giving us permission to show it on the store and in our marketing, with your first name. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
Limits on our liability
We stand behind the pad with the guarantee and the warranty above, and those are the main remedies we offer. Beyond them, and to the extent the law where you live allows it, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product.
Nothing here limits liability we are not allowed to limit — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under any consumer rights you have by law.
Your legal rights
These terms sit on top of the consumer rights you already have where you live. They do not replace them.
If part of this is unenforceable
If a court decides one clause here does not hold, the rest still stands.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. The terms that apply to your order are the ones live when you placed it.
