That deep ache in your back, knee, hands, or feet that won't quit — this is built to reach it.

This portable Red Light Therapy Pad delivers 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light directly into muscle and joint tissue, easing inflammation, boosting circulation, and relieving chronic and post-activity pain from the inside out. Built-in heating adds extra depth to every session, warming the area while the light works beneath the surface.

Simply place it over the back, knee, hand, or foot, power it on, and let 15–20 minutes of targeted therapy do what heat pads and pain gels can't — treat the actual source.

Lightweight and fully portable, it's easy to use at home, at your desk, or on the go. Most users notice real relief from pain and stiffness within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

What's included

Everything you need is in the box:

• 1 × Glambori Red Light Therapy Band
• 1 × Power Adapter
• 1 × Controller
• 1 × Connecting Wire
• 1 × Elastic Strap
• 1 × User Manual

How to use it

Step 1: Connect to power

Plug the included power adapter into the pad, then into a standard wall outlet. This device requires steady power and should not be run off a USB power bank or laptop port.

Step 2: Position the pad on the treatment area

Place the pad directly over the area you want to treat — back, knee, hands, or feet — with the LED side facing your skin. For best results, use against bare skin; thin clothing may reduce penetration.

Step 3: Secure in place

Use the adjustable strap to hold the pad snugly against the treatment area — firm enough for full LED contact, not tight enough to restrict circulation.

Step 4: Power on and select your settings

Turn on the controller and choose your heating level and session timer (typically 15–20 minutes). Start on a lower setting if you're new to red light therapy, and increase gradually.

Step 5: Relax during your session

Sit or lie down — the pad is hands-free. You'll feel gentle warmth as the light penetrates tissue; this is normal. Avoid looking directly at the LEDs.

Step 6: Finish and store

Once the session ends, power off and unplug the device. Let it cool before folding or storing.

Recommended use: 3–5 sessions per week, 15–20 minutes per area, for 2–4 weeks to see consistent results.

SEE GLAMBORI IN ACTION

Therapeutic light. One pad. Targeted relief.

Real relief starts here — right where it hurts.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Your body is telling you something.

Find your story below.

That one spot that never seems to let up.

Targeted Relief

That one spot that never seems to let up.

Your right knee. That spot in your lower back. The elbow that flares up after a long day. Generic pain relief treats your whole body the same — but your pain isn't generic.

You don't need something for "aches" in general. You need something that goes exactly where it hurts.

#1 reason people try this pad

You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.

Energy Boost

You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.

Sluggish mornings. A slump by early afternoon that coffee barely touches. Your body feels like it's running on low battery, even on days you did everything "right."

You're not looking for a stimulant. You want your body to actually recover — so energy comes back on its own.

#2 reason people try this pad

Your muscles hold tension you don't even notice anymore.

Muscle Relaxation

Your muscles hold tension you don't even notice anymore.

Tight shoulders by mid-morning. A neck that never fully loosens. Legs that feel heavy after a workout, long after they should've recovered. Stretching helps for a minute. Then it's back.

You're not trying to push through it. You just want your muscles to actually let go.

#3 reason people try this pad

You sleep 7 hours and still wake up exhausted.

Better Sleep

You sleep 7 hours and still wake up exhausted.

Dragging through mornings. Running on coffee by 3pm. You used to bounce back. Now everything takes more out of you — and gives back less.

You don't need another supplement. You need your body to actually rest again.

#4 reason people try this pad

Your Body Deserves to Feel Better.

Ten minutes a day, on the spot that needs it. Here is what that actually looks like.

Targeted Relief, Zero Waste
Targeted Relief, Zero Waste

Right-sized pad. Right where it hurts. Back, knee, shoulder, neck, hip — light hits exactly what needs it. No spreading thin. No guessing. Just concentrated relief, targeted.

Two Wavelengths. One Mission.
Two Wavelengths. One Mission.

660nm works at the surface. 850nm is a longer wavelength, so it reaches further in, toward joints and soft tissue. Every bead in the pad gives off both at once, in a single session.

Cells On. Relief On.
Cells On. Relief On.

850nm near-infrared light passes beneath the skin, where your cells' mitochondria absorb it and use it to make ATP, the energy that powers everything your body does.

Freedom to Wear It Your Way

Strap up to 50 inches. Plug in or go cordless with a power bank. Featherlight design. Desk, couch, or on the move — this pad keeps up with you, not the other way around.

CORE FEATURES

What makes this pad different

Heat and light in one wrap

Two tools in one.

Soothing warmth you can adjust, plus 660nm and 850nm light a heating pad can't give you. One wrap does the job of two.

Surface and depth in one session

Two wavelengths, one pass.

660nm red light works near the surface while 850nm near-infrared goes deeper. Both run together, so you never have to choose.

Soft and flexible

Bends with your body.

No rigid panel to fight against. The pad curves around your knee, hugs your lower back and drapes over your shoulder, keeping the light close to your skin wherever it goes.

146 square inches of light

Room to cover the whole ache.

At 17.72 × 8.27 in, the light area covers your full lower back or an entire knee in one go. No shifting, no gaps.

Hands-free, head to toe

Wrap it, press start, relax.

No holding a wand, no standing in front of a panel. Strap it to your back, knee or shoulder, or lay it flat for hands and feet.

Set it and forget it

One button. Auto-off.

Pick your heat, set the timer and sit back. The pad switches itself off when the session ends, so there's no clock to watch.

USING IT

Relief That Compounds

Use it 3–5 times a week and watch pain give ground, one stage at a time.

Relief That Compounds
1

Week 1–2

Pain Loosens Its Grip

Sessions leave the area warmer, looser, less tense. Soreness fades faster than before. That first-thing-in-the-morning stiffness starts to lift.

2

Week 3–6

Stiffness eases

The sessions become part of the routine. Mornings feel less stiff, and the spot you had been guarding starts asking for less of your attention.

3

Week 6–12+

Relief That Sticks

By now it is simply part of the evening. The spot you used to plan your day around takes up less room in it, and the ache stops running your day.

Ten minutes is less than 1% of your day.

That is all it takes. Lie back, press a button, let the light do the work. By the time the opening credits of your programme are done, the session is over and you have not rearranged a single thing about your evening.

Try it now

Ten minutes is less than 1% of your day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do some of the LEDs look like they're off?

They're on. You just can't see them. Your pad uses two kinds of light. The 660nm red LEDs glow bright red and work near the surface. The 850nm near-infrared LEDs are outside what the human eye can see, so they look dark even while they're working on the deeper tissue.

Want proof? Turn the pad on and look at it through your phone camera (the front-facing, selfie camera usually works best). The “dark” LEDs will show up as a faint purple-white glow. That's the infrared light at work.

Is this just a heating pad?

No. A heating pad warms the surface of your skin, and the comfort fades soon after you switch it off. Glambori gives you soothing warmth too, with adjustable heat levels. It also delivers 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light, wavelengths that have been studied for decades (including early LED research funded by NASA).

Think of it this way: the heat is what you feel, and the light is what a heating pad can't give you. You can even use the light with the heat turned down, if you prefer it cooler.

How long, and how often, should I use it?

Start with 10–20 minutes per session, 3–5 times a week, on the area that bothers you. The built-in timer switches the pad off automatically, so you don't need to watch the clock.

More isn't better with light therapy. Longer sessions don't give you more benefit, so stick to the recommended time. Most people find their rhythm in the first week and notice the difference build with regular use.

Will it fit my waist or knee?

The light panel measures 17.72 × 8.27 in, large enough to cover your lower back, a full knee or the top of a shoulder in one session. The adjustable hook-and-loop strap lets you wrap it snugly around your waist, knee, shoulder, thigh, elbow or calf. For hands and feet, simply lay the pad flat and rest them on it.

Not sure it'll fit? Message us with your measurement before you order, and we'll tell you straight.

Does it need a wall outlet?

Glambori plugs into a standard wall outlet with the included adapter, so set up your session wherever you like to relax: the couch, a recliner or in bed.

Is it safe to use every day? Can I sleep with it on?

Yes, it's safe for daily use when you follow the recommended session time. The pad emits no UV light, and the auto-off timer ends every session for you.

Please don't sleep with it on, though. Because the pad also produces heat, staying on one spot for hours isn't recommended, even at a low setting. For bedtime, do your session while you read or wind down, then take it off before you fall asleep. And as with any light device, don't stare directly into the LEDs.

Should I wear it on bare skin or over clothes?

Bare skin is best. Light needs a clear path to reach the tissue, and clothing blocks a large share of it. If you're sensitive to warmth, you can put a thin cotton layer between the pad and your skin, keeping in mind that it cuts down how much light gets through. Start on a lower heat level and check your skin during the first few sessions.

Who shouldn't use it?

Check with your doctor before using Glambori if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device
  • have reduced heat sensation (for example, from diabetes or nerve damage)
  • take medication that makes you sensitive to light
  • have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing light (skip the pulse mode)
  • have cancer, or a condition affecting the area you want to treat

Don't use it on broken skin, open wounds or rashes, and keep it away from children. Glambori is a wellness device and does not replace medical care. Full detail is on the Safety page.

I’m really happy with this red light therapy pad so far. The pad feels sturdy and well made, and I like that it’s flexible enough to wrap around different parts of my body. I mainly use it on my lower back after long days at work and sometimes on my knees after exercising. The combination of red and near-infrared light makes the sessions feel very soothing, and I usually use it while relaxing in the evening.

One feature I really appreciate is the adjustable timer. I can choose a session that fits my schedule instead of having to keep track of the time myself. I’ve also started making it part of my regular routine, which makes it easier to stay consistent. After using it regularly, I’ve noticed that my muscles feel more relaxed and my body feels less stiff after busy days.
